Centered On Loving In Need

Rosalie Smith, Miss New Berlin 2015, discusses her platform, Centered On Loving In Need. A student at UW-Milwaukee, Rosalie hopes to give a voice to those who have been silenced due to drug or alcohol addiction while spreading awareness of the affects and assumptions correlated with drug and alcohol addictions. Centered On Loving In Need is an acronym based upon the name of her late brother, Colin. By providing helpful resources for those suffering or those who know someone suffering, Rosalie aspires to lead them on the path to a safe, long lasting recovery.
